Iyad Maatouk

Executive Director of Swaidan Engineering & Consultancy since 1997. He has an administrative and technical career of nearly three decades leading executive operations, managing surveying and engineering teams, and managing major construction and development projects, combining a specialist technical background in surveying and architectural drawing with advanced project management.

1. 1997 — Present

   • Managing and directing the day-to-day operations of all the company's branches and offices.
   • Direct oversight of contracts, tenders and field coordination between the technical and administrative teams and the official authorities.
   • Following up the review and delivery of projects to ministries, municipalities and the private sector.
2. 2000 — 2001

   Supervisor of Fifth-Year Graduation Projects in Surveying Engineering

   Beirut Arab University (BAU)— Lebanon

   • Training and qualifying engineers in satellite surveying with the static Global Positioning System (Static GPS).
   • Real-time kinematic satellite positioning (RTK GPS).
   • Surveying operations using integrated Total Stations.
   • Received a certificate of appreciation for this supervision.
3. 1995 — 1997

   Intensive practical and field training in architectural drawing techniques and the preparation of working drawings

• Active participation in the Arab Engineers Conference held at Damascus University — Syria, in 2000.
