Prof. Dr. Saad Khaled

A prominent Arab and international figure in architecture and planning. He served as Director General and President of the Higher Council for Urban Planning in Lebanon, Director General of Urban Planning at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and President of the Arab Architects' Commission of the Federation of Arab Engineers. He holds a Doctorat d'État with honours from the University of Paris IV (Sorbonne), served as Adviser on Urban Planning Affairs at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Lebanon, and has a distinguished academic career spanning decades as a lecturer at the American University of Beirut (AUB), the Lebanese University and Beirut Arab University.
