Ali Swaidan

A professional field topographer with more than twelve years of experience leading precise topographic field surveys for major planning, real-estate development and infrastructure network projects. He is highly experienced in operating the latest GPS satellite surveying technologies — static and real-time (Static & RTK) — and Total Stations, and in tying field measurements to digital engineering plans with great accuracy.

   • Carrying out comprehensive topographic surveys of rugged terrain, slopes and mountainous areas for major master plans in Lebanon.
   • Setting out property boundaries, building axes, road alignments, and sewerage and drinking-water networks on the ground with millimetre accuracy.
   • Observing triangulation and ground control points (Control Points) and tying them to satellite positioning.
   • Carrying out precise surveys and checks of excavation and fill works in quarries and construction projects, and handing the data over to the office teams.
