He specialises in leading topographic field operations, cadastral property conformity, preparing parcelling and subdivision plans, and matching road alignments and engineering levels for major master plans in Lebanon.

   • Direct supervision of cadastral and topographic survey projects for municipalities in the South and the Chouf and for major project areas.
   • Preparing plans, longitudinal and cross sections, and quantity calculations for road, water network and drainage projects.
   • Processing field data and integrating survey observations with Geographic Information Systems and digital elevation maps.
   • Technical follow-up of subdivision files, building-violation settlements, and land consolidation and readjustment before the cadastral and urban planning authorities.
